Manfredonia, driving without a license and resisting a public official: 4 months sentence

The boy has no criminal record, complaints but no convictions. He was charged with driving without a license and resisting a public official. The chase last April 17 had reached its climax on via Tribuna, at the intersection with via Stella, where the young man was finally stopped by the police. However, the arrest was not without resistance: the young man reportedly resisted before being detained and taken into custody. Following the arrest, the officers of the local Flying Squad Commissariat they had intervened at the accident site to coordinate the vehicle removal operations. The tow truck was called to remove the Lancia Y, marking the end of the episode and the beginning of the legal procedures.
