Ready to Lead, the Confindustria La Spezia training course begins together with Crédit Agricole

Confindustria La Spezia, in collaboration with Crédit Agricole Italia, has structured a new training course dedicated to entrepreneurs, designed to address key market issues and enhance the vital role of companies in the economic and social fabric of the area.

Thanks to “Ready to lead: from strategy to execution”local member businesses participate in a variety of high-level training appointments which focus on the various crucial aspects of business management such as strategic planning, governance, production logistics management and its economic-financial implications, extraordinary operations and aggregations, as well as increasingly current and relevant topics such as sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Confindustria La Spezia, with this initiative, intends to provide useful and effective tools to companies to accompany them towards organizational and structural growth paths aimed at entrepreneurs and management. Each session, even through testimonials, will be an opportunity to examine innovative strategies, discuss emerging trends and acquire a deeper vision of the dynamics of the global market, reflecting on how to apply the knowledge that has emerged in the specific reality of each company.

The Association and Crédit Agricole Italia, as part of these events, aim to create a stimulating and collaborative environment, where the sharing of experiences and open discussion can encourage discussion and growth. The route was defined together with 4Ward Consulting, a management consultancy company targeting medium-sized Italian companies and partner of Elite di Borsa Italiana, an ecosystem that helps small and medium-sized companies grow and access private and public capital markets. 4Ward Consulting specializes in supporting manufacturing companies in various industrial sectors in order to stimulate and introduce a strategic approach, providing know-how and personalized operational assistance for a real and concrete improvement in company performance.
