Information about Fra Elia Tripaldi: Religious of the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God (Fatebenefratelli), he is a doctor of Theology with a specialization in health care pastoral theology.
Within the Roman Province of the Fatebenefratelli and the Hospitaller Order, he held various positions. He was also the first president of the Bioethics Committee of the same and teacher at the School for Professional Nursing of the Civic Hospital of Palermo and at the Master’s degree of the Institute of Bioethical Studies “Privitera”.
In 2006 he was awarded the Honor of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
Finally, he held the position of Postulator General of the Order.
