All this is the billboard set up by AMTSthe unprecedented event Auto Moto Turin Show starting today in Turin, in the pavilions and external areas of Lingotto Fiere, with the organization of GL Events.
The Lingotto, symbol of Turin Capital of the Car, opens its doors at 9.30 this morning and welcomes spectators until Sunday, closing at 7.30. AMTS is an event that embraces passions, dedicated to the curious, athletes, collectors, professionals in the sector, a look that comes from the past, explores current resources and extends to the future that we are already partially experiencing with the transformation of more sustainable mobility . The exhibition is divided into four large thematic areas over 70 thousand square metres.
Yesterday Today and Tomorrow
The main area links the current proposals to models from the past that have written history and legend and give life to a market that has had an unexpected increase in requests and costs, reaching surprising levels… Alongside ageless and very beautiful cars you can also find precious spare parts, original or… emergency. As for current affairs, the gaze extends to innovative technologies and the latest mobility trends, including eco-sustainable proposals and electrification. There is no shortage of space dedicated to iconic models, including Fiat Panda, Fiat 600, Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider, Maserati GT with particular attention to the Turin school of design. Next to it, the test drive and two-wheel sector.
The tuning people
This type of exhibition, between exhibition and show, meets with the right attention from “tuning people”: AMTS dedicates ample space to models already prepared in terms of aesthetics and components, mechanical or electronic, and the focus on innovations for aesthetic elaborations. There is everything to change your car, from yesterday or today, and make it unique.
Sparco arena drifting
From the early hours the fun starts at the Sparco Arena where a match is scheduled busy series of appointments adrenaline-filled: powerful and special cars on the track and drivers capable of transmitting great emotions whether they be acrobatic shows or exciting challenges. The D-Race Italian Drifting will be on track immediately with cars and drivers from the Italian Drifting Championship ready to provide excitement.
Word to the protagonists
Finally there is a “cultural” area, dedicated to events, where profound experts in the sector, pilots, mechanics, engineers, designers talk about each other, revealing anecdotes and secrets of a world imbued with passion but above all curiosity and myths. The events include the presentation of the Revigliasco Car festival with the poster signed by Ugo Nespolo, the theme of Passion for Motors among young people with Federica Levy, a talk on Women for the Automobile and one on Rallies.

It’s also an opportunity to review protagonist cars at the cinema or in comics thanks to the Cult Cars&Movies Exhibition set up in collaboration with the National Cinema Museum of Turin, MAUTO (Turin Automobile Museum) and the Turin Piedmont Film Commission. An opportunity to see posters and models celebrated in unforgettable films, Jeep Wrangler from Jurassic Park, Jaguar E-type from Diabolik, Mini Cooper from The Italian Job, Fiat 500 from Lupine, Ferrari 308 GTS from Magnum PI, Herbie’s Beetle, the Mercedes 204 D from Traveling with Dad, the legendary Bianchina by Fantozzi.

Turin also turns on its engines on fundamental aspects such as education and safety thanks to the contribution of the Turin Automobile Club, it also goes in depth on fundamental themes, on the changes between sustainability and innovation.
