Uil of Legnano opens Adoc, the help desk for consumers and their problems

Orient consumers in the labyrinths of utilities, including unknowns relating to electricity and gas contracts or disputes that are difficult to resolve on your own. This is the objective of the new Adoc desk (Association for the defense and orientation of consumers) strongly supported by Uil di Legnano led by Luigi Tripodi confederal coordinator Legnano, Magenta, Abbiategrasso Uil Lombardy in the historic headquarters in via Calatafimi in Legnano. Service inaugurated today, Thursday 18 April, in the presence of the deputy mayor Anna Pavan and the general secretary of UIL Milan and Lombardy Enrico Vizza. With them among the trade unionists and citizens Anna Rea, president of Adoc Nazionale and Giacomo Calvaruso, president of Adoc Lombardia.

The desk is aimed at all citizens: pensioners and workers; members and non-members of Uil. «We are addressing the entire community of Legnano – specifies Tripodi -. It is an important service that was officially activated today in the historic headquarters of Uil”. Deputy Mayor Pavan also expressed his satisfaction: «This is an additional service that completes the constellation of realities aimed at vulnerable people. It is not only a way to avoid scams, but it is also a way to avoid situations that arise due to a lack of information.”

Alberto Albè is enthusiastic, representative of the new Legnano service, went into detail explaining the purposes of the service «We intend to offer consumers information and assistance on electricity and gas services and protection in dealing with any disputes. By bringing a bill, it will be possible to orient yourself among the different offers of energy supply companies to save on tariffs based on family consumption. It will also be possible to obtain information and submit the relevant application on electricity and gas bonuses based on income brackets. A new service with which we intend to give hope to citizens and workers.”

Useful information

The service, which has already seen a dozen citizens knocking on the door asking for help in recent days, is open every Tuesday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm. While on the other days of the week you can access the desk upon reservation.
