• Piedmont: provinces of Alessandria and Vercelli;
• Liguria: province of La Spezia;
• Friuli Venezia Giulia: provinces of Udine, Pordenone and Trieste;
• Emilia Romagna: province of Ferrara;
• Tuscany: all provinces, including Elba Island;
• Umbria: all provinces;
• Lazio: province of Rome;
• Campania: province of Naples: Ischia and Capri;
• Puglia: provinces of Bari, Taranto and Barletta-Andria-Trani;
• Basilicata: province of Potenza;
• Calabria: province of Reggio Calabria;
• Sicily: provinces of Palermo: Ustica; Messina: Lipari; Caltanissetta.

Interested parties are advised that it is possible to indicate in the application questionnaire a single region of preference.

REQUIREMENTS

To apply for the Monte Paschi announcement you must have a degree three-year or specialist / master’s / single-cycle degree in the economic, financial, legal, STEM, communication fields or a diploma high school / technical.

The following are considered pluses:

• post-graduate qualifications (masters, doctorates, specialization schools);
• registration in the register of financial advisors (OCF);
• English language/computer skills certification.

PROPOSED WORKING CONDITIONS

New staff will be hired at indefinite period with classification in Area 3 1 Salary level of the Banking National Collective Labor Agreement.

It is offered supplementary contract of the Bank, which provides:

• welfare system, including health care;
• supplementary pension fund;
• preferential conditions for employees (on current accounts, personal financing, etc.).

They are also expected dedicated training programs and the acquisition of a increasingly advanced method of customer management in a consultative manner, in order to satisfy users’ banking and insurance needs and support them in digital innovation processes.
