Celebration of April 25th, the program proposed by Anpi Bitonto – BitontoLive.it

We receive and publish the press release signed by the president ofANPI Bitonto, Antonella De Napoli:

“80 years of resistance, 80 years of freedom.

Celebrating April 25th is not only remembering a historical event but renewing the values and ideals for which the partisans, men and women, fought and gave their lives for democracy and freedom.

The Constitution, the precious fruit of anti-fascism, is once again under attack. Differentiated autonomy and the premiership undermine the country’s unity and social solidarity.

Let’s build this April 25th together, let’s build it as an extraordinary event of participation and freedom.

On the occasion of the celebrations of 25 April 2024, the ANPI “Carla Nespolo” section with the patronage of the Municipality of Bitonto and in collaboration with the “Circolo ARCI Resilienza” and the “Libreria del Teatro”, invites citizens to participate in the scheduled events, given below:

22 April at 6pm – Presentation of the book “Fascism is never dead” with the participation of Luciano Canfora at the Tommaso Traetta theatre;
