This time, the reason for the intervention was the issuing of a detention order by the General Prosecutor’s Office of Republic at the Court of Appeal of Naples.
His criminal history dates back four years, when he was charged along with others 17 people of drug trafficking, with the aggravating circumstance of facilitating the Casalesi clan – Schiavone faction. The crimes would have occurred in the municipalities of Casal di Principe, Carinaro and Gricignano of Aversa during 2020.
After a trial lasting several years, he was found guilty of conspiracy to produce, drug trafficking and possession. As a result, he was sentenced to a prison term of 10 years.
After the ritual formalities, carried out in accordance with the judicial authority, the 37 years old he was accompanied by the police to the prison of Santa Maria Capua Veterewhere he will begin serving his sentence.
