Stopped on his bicycle while under house arrest, arrested by the State Police. – Caserta Police Headquarters

There State Police of Caserta arrested a young man, born in 1998, in Aversa for escaping from house arrest.

The Aversa public security police station, during territory control activities, identified a subject who was cycling in a popular neighbourhood, recognizing him as a person already known to the Office, having been arrested last March for a theft inside a school of the Norman city. For these facts, he was subjected to the measure of house arrest. The young man was stopped and also found in possession of a kitchen knife.

After the formalities, he was again taken to house arrest and reported for possession of the weapon. Following the “very direct” trial, the arrest was validated. Furthermore, due to the numerous violations of the precautionary measure already previously found, the judicial authority ordered the replacement of house arrest with custody in prison. The individual was associated with the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison.
