In Acireale 4 days of international yoga from 24 to 28 April

The Mediterranean Yoga Federation – the most authoritative and long-standing yoga association
Sicilian born in 2000 – organizes the XX Conference from 24 to 28 April 2024
International Yoga, the most awaited and institutional event, on the sea of ​​Acireale, exactly
at the Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. This is a significant anniversary event
important, which attracts the presence of 15 guests from all over the world.
The theme “KARMA AND YOGA: the Yoga of Action” will explore the experience of integrality
of yoga by delving into the logic that underlies the concept of Karma. There will be four
days where you can learn about and practice yoga in many of its aspects, an event not to be missed
lose, a reference meeting for the entire vast community of enthusiasts and practitioners
and scholars of the yoga world.
The program brings together Italian and international guests of value and experience who
they will lead the participants, with their teachings, on a journey of discovery and action.
The days include meetings and yoga classes from the early morning, even outdoors if the
weather permitting, until late afternoon: participants will be able to choose how
