Savona. The resolution was approved by the council this morning Tari tariffs to be paid in the year 2025. In line with what was established by Arera, the national authority that
regulates energy and the environment, the tariff has absorbed the increase in inflation. It results in a average increase between domestic and non-domestic users of 8%.

“The increase – explains the Budget Councilor Silvio Auxilia – it is not due to the new waste collection system that is starting up in Savona in recent weeks nor to the change of manager, but to the calculation mechanism of the Economic Financial Plan (PEF) of the service imposed by the national regulatory authority of the sector which must take into account the inflationary increase of the two-year period 2022-2024. It is a situation, therefore, that all administrations at national level have in common, as also highlighted at the Anci”.

The councilor adds that “the overall cost of the service goes from 14.48 million in 2023 to 15.64 million in 2024as for the other municipalities in the province, the increase is due to the adaptation to inflation rate, particularly significant in the last two years. I also remember that last year the cost of the Tari had remained substantially unchanged”.
