“A School in a Department”, PCTO activity of Galilei students at Sant’Elia in Caltanissetta – il Fatto Nisseno

A School in a Department
The students of the IPSIA “Galileo Galilei” of Caltanissetta, address for Health and Social Assistance Services, start the PCTO activity at the Sant’Elia Hospital in Caltanissetta, with the aim of carrying out activities that can contribute to the training of each person through the sharing of a training course aimed at acquiring professional skills to be used in the workplace.
Today, in particular, they were welcomed by the Head Nurse of the Orthopedics Unit who, with great professionalism, guided the students around the department explaining the various activities that take place during a typical day.

Subsequently, the students will have the opportunity to gain experience at other units of the hospital to give them the opportunity to broaden their personal training experience and develop skills also in view of future professional opportunities.
Special thanks to the representatives of the Caltanissetta Hospital Health Authority who made it possible to create an extremely interesting and engaging experience for our students.
