Over 2 million euros deriving from the sale of properties. The OK has arrived from the Lazio Region Council which gives the green light to Ater Latina to use the funds. 80% of the amount will be used to carry out redevelopment, maintenance and recovery interventions on public residential buildings.
“The Regional Council has taken steps to authorize the use, by Ater Latina, of the amount of 2,382,822 euros deriving from the sale of the properties.
We considered it necessary, considering the preparation of the project for the maintenance of the buildings through the Framework Agreement for the two-year period 2024/2026 to be divided into three lots, not to further aggravate the financial situation of the Latina Territorial Company, allowing the use of resources already present in its availability. A structured action in agreement with Ater Latina and directly supported by me as it reflects and confirms our political approach preparatory to creating a constant synergy with our territory. With this in mind, as already happened in Rieti, we will continue to visit the various construction sites opened by the Territorial Companies in the next few days”.
