Milan could secure a pass to the final four of the Italian Super Cup if Bologna were to draw or lose against Torino next Saturdayprovided that the Rossoneri team wins at home at San Siro against Genoa of the former Alberto Gilardino. If this were to happen the Milan it would put not only the rossoblù out of the game but also the Rome by Daniele De Rossi.
If this scenario does not materialize, however, to qualify for the final four of the next Italian Super Cup, Milan would only need to finish ahead of Bologna and Roma in the championship.
