Who is Alessandro Vespa
Son of Bruno Vespa and former magistrate Augusta IanniniAlessandro is a lawyer of the Cappelli RCCD law firm in Rome, where he deals with the acquisition and management of real estate assets with the aim of increasing their value and efficiency.
After obtaining a degree in Law from Roma Tre University, he completed his studies with a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance at Luiss Business School.
Besides being specialized in corporate real estate, Alessandro Vespa assists asset management companies, investment funds and professional and industrial operators.
The wedding in the family farm
Alessandro Vespa will get married in Puglia on Saturday 22 June. The wedding will be celebrated from bishop Vincenzo Pisanelloin the cathedral Santa Maria Assunta in cielo of Oriaan eighteenth-century basilica which houses the well-known “Crypt of the Mummies”.
As he also pointed out Bari Republic, the choice was not random because Oria is about fifteen kilometers from Li Reni, the family estate started a few years ago by Bruno Vespa in the countryside of Manduria.
Here the host of Door to door he embarked on an adventure in the world of viticulture, producing wines that bear his name. The journalist’s label even arrived on the table of the opening gala of the G7, held in the castle of Brindisi.
Controversy over Bruno Vespa’s wines
Lately Bruno Vespa’s wine has ended up at the center of a controversyafter a report collected by Republic. “Thursday evening on the Frecciarossa Milan-Ancona, at the bar car, I asked what wine they had and they showed me four different half bottles including ‘Il Bruno’, Primitivo from Salento from Bruno Vespa’s company“, a reader from Macerata wrote to the newspaper.
And then he continues: “Of course, the lively wine must be really good to be selected, among many possible ones, in the offer of the Trenitalia bar”. The report was commented on with irony in the column of Francesco Merlo.
“Are you perhaps insinuating that Bruno Vespa’s wine is ‘recommended’, as in the time of the winemaking hierarchs, those of ‘beautiful and belligerent’ wine? – the journalist wrote sarcastically – Far be it from me to suspect that even the railway cellars are “oriented” by the Minister of Transport Salvini, by the Lollo of Italian eating… and by the other patrons of Porta a Porta”.
The Vespa replica was not long in coming: “The wine that bears my name appears on the Frecciarossa every now and then and in rotation with dozens of other wineries since the end of the last decade (therefore many governments ago) because it was appreciated at the time by Elior, the company that takes care of the catering of this type of trains”.
