The 2024 season of the amusement park on Lake Garda has officially opened with the new attraction: a story of curses and symbols to decipher between adrenaline and fun
In the mouth of «wolf»… with Gardaland. That’s right. And it’s not just a figure of speech, because «Wolf Legend» it is precisely the new attraction that represents the 2024 season of amusement park on Lake Garda, open for several weeks, but officially inaugurated last Saturday. A debut in the name of predator par excellence and of purplesymbol of mystery and magic, which go well with adrenaline and fun. «Wolf legend» is one drop & twist tower of 38 meters which sits alongside the other drop tower Space Vertigo, centered on a leap into the void to escape from the bacteriological alarm of a space station.
In «Wolf Legend» the setting is one forestonce protected by a pack of wolves, where the legend unfolds: the leader of the pack due to a curse he was petrified by a dark force. And in order to free him, you need to translate a series of inscriptions (a purple and gray stone with 32 mysterious symbols) that are found on the path and then throw yourself into the jaws of the wolf. Tribal songs, symbols to decipher, scenographic effects, plays of light, puffs of smoke and a panorama that extends over Jumanji Square. And in this suggestive setting you go up and down, to then rotate several times around the axis of the tower and to give substance to fun and emotions.
«With Wolf Legend we want to involve a very large audience, from families with children to groups of friends. The goal is to conquer everyone with new experiences – he explains Sabrina de Carvalho, CEO of Gardaland -. We want our guests always offer new experiences, which is why every year we invest in infrastructure in the management of attractions and services. For the current season, total investments were 14 million euros.”
And in addition to Wolf Legend, the many attractions and the many moments of entertainment, the Magic show also deserves a mention «!impossible»: in a rapid succession «of greats magic numbers, incredible illusions and spectacular special effects, the show transports the viewer everywhere and nowhere, now and ever; literally holding us suspended between everything that is real and what is… truly !impossible”
