It’s 2.30am on Monday 22 April inside The Club nightclub on Corso Garibaldi in Milan. Fedez, black t-shirt and tattooed arms, is gesticulating in a very animated way. With him there is the inseparable AC Milan bodyguard-ultra Christian Rosiello and the trapper Taxi Bi who a few minutes later, together with the rapper, are “escorted” to the exit of the club. A camera focuses on Fedez, visibly recognisable. These are the moments immediately following the argument with Cristiano Iovino in the private room that triggered the brawl and the flying of glasses. The photo published today by Qn and Corriere is taken from the video of the security cameras.

The reasons for the dispute
But what really happened that evening? The image taken from the video shows the minutes following the argument in the nightclub between Fedez and the personal trainer.
Initially it was thought that the trigger was Iovino’s appreciation of Ludovica di Gresy, Fedez’s alleged new girlfriend. But yesterday, in an exclusive interview with Messaggero, the 22-year-old girl denied not only having a relationship with the rapper but that she had actually been in that club. “I was having dinner with my family and at 9.30pm I was already home, I never set foot in that nightclub.” she said.
In fact, it seems that the squabble that started between Fedez and Iovino was due to ancient grudges. Ancient but strong evidently, given that after less than an hour the two met under Iovino’s house in via Marco Ulpio Traiano in Citylife, where the personal trainer was beaten by 8-9 people. Signs that will still be present on Iovino’s face three days later, when the boy takes a photo that he will publish on his social media.
Who is the blonde?
In the video of the club you can also see some girls passing through the corridor and leaving the nightclub, one in particular with blond hair. And a blonde also appears in the video from the camera of the “Parco della Vittoria” residences in via Traiano, in Citylife, where the second round takes place at 3.23am, with the beating of Iovino. Initially it was thought to be Ludovica but yesterday she also denied this: «I was neither in the disco, nor in Iovino’s house – she reiterates – I, Iovino, have never seen him in my life. The blonde caught on camera? It was not me”. She’s probably another rapper’s girlfriend.
Fedez under investigation
Meanwhile, Fedez will be a guest of Alessandro Cattelan on Monday in “Up close, no one is normal” on Rai2. And perhaps he will explain why a few days ago, at the Book Fair, he denied having been there that evening: “I wasn’t there and you can’t see anything on the camera”, he reiterated. Meanwhile, the rapper is currently under investigation for brawling and injuries. His is the only name recorded in the register. But investigators are trying to identify the members of the group. At The Club Fedez was accompanied by AC Milan ultra Christian Rosello and rapper Taxi Bi. While the personal trainer, who became famous for an alleged love story with Ilary Blasi, was in the company of Jack Vanore, former tronista of Men and Women.
The beating outside Iovino’s house: Fedez tries to hit him
From what can be seen from the cameras that filmed the beating, Fedez’s van arrived at 3.23 in front of the entrances to the Parco Vittoria residential complex in via Traiano. The first to get out is the person who the security guards in the building next door will identify as Fedez. He approaches Iovino and tries to throw some punches but the fitness instructor dodges them easily. At that point the others intervene and beat him up. They confront him on the pedestrian crossing and push him towards the driveway that leads to the reception. Then they notice the presence of the security guards in the guardhouse. They try to threaten them, they try to have their phones handed over to them. But in the meantime a taxi arrives and starts to honk because the Mercedes is blocking the road. And then those present climb onto the Van and escape.
Even today, Iovino has not reported the attack. Meanwhile, the weekly Gente published a photo of the personal trainer with the signs of the beating taken a few days later during a live social broadcast. The wounds are clearly visible on his face: one on the forehead above the eyebrow and one on the lip.
