  • eats 80% “natural” and minimally processed foods that you like: meat, fish, eggs, milk, nuts, seeds, fruit, vegetables, potatoes and legumes. The only exception is protein powder which, even if highly processed, is good for you
  • eats 10% of “natural” and minimally processed foods that you don’t like much but they still don’t make you feel nauseous just thinking about it. This way you don’t always limit yourself to the same foods but maintain a varied diet
  • eats 10% of what you want. It’s a kind of reward for being good at following the first part of the diet. You can give yourself this gift once a day or accumulate 10% daily to use it all together on the weekend. If you are not sure whether a food is natural or processed, consider that the more ingredients and components it has, the more processed it is
