Gelso is the seaside village of Vulcano, the most magical and isolated place with the black beach of very soft sand. A big party is planned to follow at the 5 star hotel Therasia Resort in Vulcano, a luxury hotel overlooking the Faraglioni and enjoying a wonderful view of the archipelago. A modern structure in white stone, for the construction of which various local materials were also used, from Etna lava stone to Sicilian terracotta, up to cedar wood and olive tree. It has a private access to the sea, of an exclusive wellness center and 4 different restaurants, two of which have been awarded 1 Michelin star and offer tasting menus and menus inspired by the Sicilian tradition.
