THE Tony Awardsnow in its 77th edition, were held in David H. Koch Theatre of Lincoln Center a New York City, last June 16th. This year too, the long-awaited awards ceremony for the best Broadway productions of the 2023-24 season saw a large group of stars parade, who did not fail to give surprises and beauty ideas.
Starting from Elle Fanning, who arrived on the red carpet with a Marilyn Monroe beauty look, given by a moon complexion on which flaming lips and light smokey eyes stand out which gives depth to the look by emphasizing her light irises. To top it all off? A golden bouncy bob, with tips worked into curls only barely visible.
This is a cut that dominated the New York red carpet in its various shapes and textures: from the rounded one with upturned tips to Julianne Hough to the extra smooth one of Amy Ryan passing through the French version of Sarah Paulson. The return of crops and hairstyles was also appreciated. Read the XL ponytail in the coquette bow version by Ariana DeBose, the sculptural bun of Alicia Keys or the soft and romantic harvest of Nicole Scherzinger.
On the make-up side, the cherry-coloured satin lips attracted attention Alyah Scott as well as the glossed ones, with natural tones, of Angelina Jolie and Julianne Hough. The sparkling touch? That of Billy Porter and her glittery eyelids.
