Antonella Clerici has returned home. After more than a week she was admitted to the Regina Elena Cancer Institute in Rome for an emergency operation on her ovaries. The day long awaited by the presenter has finally arrived and on her social networks she shared a video while she films the nature that surrounds her beautiful house in the woods.
“Home finally. Convalescence”, wrote Clerici, thus informing that for the next few weeks he will only have to think about resting and regaining his strength. In addition to the physical and emotional problems that an operation like the one she underwent entails, Antonella had to face the heartbreaking news of the death of her cousin. A truly complex period for the presenter but now she will be able to stay at home, close to those who love her.
Vittorio Garrone, her partner, has always been close to her and wrote a very sweet message on social media: “Always with you, at your side, inside you, in the good moments and in the difficult ones, in the uphills, in the downhills and again in the ascents. you are love”.
Antonella Clerici’s operation
Clerici said on social media that she had to have emergency surgery to remove her ovaries after a check-up: “Last Thursday I arrived in Rome with the idea of staying close to a friend and going to Naples for Gigi D’Alessio’s concert – he wrote – My gynecologist reminds me that I have to check an ovarian cyst. From there a tsunami starts. After thanking all the doctors, Antonella Clerici made it known that a period of convalescence will now follow. No reference to a hypothetical tumor, but in all likelihood the ovarian cyst, upon examination, was found to be compromised and therefore it was necessary to intervene immediately.
