In a recent interview given to HollywoodReportersthe actor denies the rumors, explaining that It’s not blindness but amblyopiamore commonly known as olazy eye and with symptoms very different.

A problem, which however does not mean that the actor is “legally blind” as has been erroneously reported (blindness reaches the 20/200 parameter).
