He explains it to Adnkronos the president Carlo rienzi, who announces that he has presented a complaint to the Rai Supervisory Commission and the Anti-Corruption Authority «so that they can verify the truthfulness of the manager’s declarations and ascertain, in the exclusive interest of Rai users, any violations of the existing provisions, adopting the appropriate measures”. The manager’s statements on alleged fees that Amadeus would have requested from Presta for the Arenza Suzuki program, produced by Arcobaleno Tre, a company of which the agent remained manager despite having sold the shares, came under the scrutiny of Codacons. The TV host would have asked «that the company pay him for the artistic direction and that he be recognized 100 percent of the ownership rights of the format», explained Presta, adding that his son would have partially accepted Amadeus’ requests by recognizing him 90 thousand EUR. According to Presta, Amadeus «not only cannot boast those titles, but the Rai Supervisory Commission has prohibited the possibility that artists can take money from the producers of the programs they host».
