Setting aside her proverbial shyness, on ‘Belve’, Margherita Buy plays on the attack and with great irony reveals some hidden aspects of her character, starting with sex: “It has never been a priority of mine”, the previews of the program reveal. Until to reeds smoked in adolescence: “We did a lot of them, even in the morning, complete with fainting in class“, says the actress. To then joke about her competitiveness with a withering joke about Paola Cortellesi’s 19 nominations for the David di Donatello: “Don’t worry, they haven’t given it to her yet”.
On his relationship with the sex, when Fagnani asks her “you said I’m very little interested in sex, do you deny it?”, the Roman actress with veiled embarrassment replies: “It’s not that I’m very little interested in sex, but I’m a person who finds it difficult to let go. Then I I like it, I liked it, but it’s not my goal.” And at that point Fagnani comments: “It’s not a priority of hers” and Buy confirms: “No, it’s never been a priority.” On the shame that the actress feels in filming the nude scenes, Fagnani reminds Buy of when “with Sabrina Ferilli you had to drink a grappa first!”. And the actress says: “Thank goodness she had it! And Fagnani, jokingly, insists: “Ah, there was a tasting!”, “Yes, but I have to say that it was a beautiful kiss. I wasn’t ashamed of her“.
Then Buy first jokes about being the most awarded Italian actress in Italian cinema and that she wants to continue to be so, but when Fagnani asks her: “But now she risks being overtaken by Cortellesi, who has received 19 nominations for the David”, he is keen to point out: “In the meantime they haven’t given it to him yet!”. And finally, she holds on to her primacy by specifying: “Don’t worry, it’s not like they’re giving it all to her, as an actress, they’re for the film… let’s not get confused!”.
