With this official statement, Ferrari reassures customers but at the same time moves forward with the development of the first electric car with a little horse on the bonnet. Indeed, according to Reuters, the Maranello company is even developing a second battery-powered model.
It will cost half a million
Ferrari’s first electric car will have a starting price of at least 500,000 euros – again according to Reuters – and this demonstrates the brand’s confidence in this model. We will see.
Waiting for Mattarella
We are talking about an important price list also for Ferrari given that with options and customizations the average price of a Red is 350,000 euros. And at a level of spending that no competitor reaches. We will see. Now the wait is for the inauguration next Friday – in the presence of President Mattarella – of the famous “e-building”, a bold move for the company, which last year delivered fewer than 14,000 cars. The new factory will in fact allow production capacity to be increased to around 20,000 vehicles per year.
