If you then get into circulation on the road, then they also intervene the rules of the Code such as speed limitsthe rules for overtaking and those for parking: in these cases, any infringements cause fines, sanctions or even heavier consequences such as, for example, the suspension or withdrawal of the driving licence.

According to regulation 2019/2144 of the European Parliament, ADAS will be mandatory in all newly homologated cars starting from July 2022 and, for new cars first registered, the obligation will apply starting July 7, 2024.
The mandatory ADAS devices will be the control of the rear area when reversing, the preparation for the alcohol breathalyzer, the event data recorder, the lane keeping system, the automatic emergency braking, the tiredness monitoring system and the speed control system.
