When we get closer to the long-awaited moment of ‘winning’ – if we can call it that – the driving licence, the excitement and emotion rises, and also the fear of not making it.
By putting in the effort, both in the quiz exam and in the practical one, we can obviously manage to obtain the fateful title for driving on the road, obviously another precious and determining condition.
We have to overcome the medical examwhat a specific commission conducts in order to establish whether we are in the conditions psychological and physical to be able to drive.
If there are ongoing, or initially exist, particular clinical conditions which, however, do not limit the possibility of driving, these, simply, would be indicated on the driving licence.
If, however, the conditions were limiting and indicated ways of accessing the guide a little restrictivealso in this case, indicated precisely, would establish what the cases would bewhere to drive or not.
Limitations and code 01 in the driving licence
In any case, both cases are obligatorily indicated on the driving licence, precisely where it is granted: and this happens with certain codes, of alphanumeric type, which specify, case by case, the conditions in which one finds himself. For example, very often, the code 01 sdriving licence: a code which, however, if not respected, although very widespread, puts us at risk of a very heavy fine around 300 euros. For what? The reference is to article 173 of the Highway Code which talks about one of the most well-known cases of driving with a very widespread peculiarity.
That is, the use of lenses: the driving with lenses it is prescribed for all those who have pathologies such as myopia, or similar, and need visual correction. In short, we are talking about billions of people around the world. Obviously, once the use of lenses has been indicated on the driving licence, with icode 01this must be respected, being a real one obligation.
Drive with lenses, if you don’t you’ll be in trouble
And if this were not respected, as anticipated, the fine would be heavy, around 81 euros starting from, and up to 326 euro, with also a 5 points cut from driving licence. However, if you use contact lenses, or protective glasses, or occluders or other instruments, even in this case there are specifications that always fall into the code 01 category.
Any of us, if we wear glasses or similar, can recognize this type of code on our driving license, but it is clear that if we then violate it by driving without glassesi, you put yourself in danger, endangering others, and faces a fine.
