Talks with the SEC

Several analysts, in an attempt to predict the development of the practice, refer to the dynamics of approval of BTC spot ETFsand because of this it is thought applications for ETH spot ETFs could be approved all at once.

However, if the changes to Forms 19b-4 are also all approved, for negotiations to begin we will have to wait yet the entry into force of the S-1 forms. The first step could already take place in these hours, according to Eric Balchunas by Bloomberg, late in the afternoon.

“I don’t know how fast this ‘fast track’ will be,” the analyst said. “But either way it will be a crazy few days (or weeks).”

According to internal sources reported by The Block, discussions with issuers on S-1 filings are as soon as you startand although we may still have to wait, the path now seems clear.
