DR Automobiles announced a strategic collaboration with Dongfeng Motor to relaunch the English brand in Europe Tiger. By the end of 2024, they will be officially presented three new modelswhich we already have the chance to see thanks to the first official images.
Let’s talk about a SUVsof a minivan and of a multispacewith list prices starting from 27,900 euros. The Macchia d’Isernia group also revealed some technical characteristics. The new Tiger SUV it will have a 4500 mm long body and will be equipped with a 1.5 liter turbo petrol engine with a power of 177 HP, combined with a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
There new Tiger minivan it will have a length of 4850 mm and a 197 HP version of the Sport Utility Vehicle’s turbo petrol. Finally, the new Tiger multispace it will have seven seats, sliding doors, a 5200 mm long body and a hybrid powertrain (the characteristics of which we do not currently know). Tiger has also scheduled the market launch of Thermohybrid versions bifuel petrol/LPG for both the SUV and the multispace.
The first official images confirmed some aesthetic characteristics of the three vehicles. First of all, we can appreciate the green chosen for the bodywork. At the front we notice the Tiger logo on the bonnet, the large grille with chrome finishes and the light clusters with curved and dynamic lines, which will differ based on the model chosen. On the side, however, large alloy wheels stand out.
At the moment, unfortunately, we have no information on the interiors of the Tiger SUV, minivan and multispace, but they could share several details with the models offered by DR Automobiles.
