Stellantis has just confirmed: the new Citroen C3 2024 will start from 14,990 euros in its petrol variant, same (excellent) starting price as the new French C3.
The French price list of the new C3 was leaked just yesterday 9 April, but today we are able to confirm the Italian prices. After the new electric e-C3 from 24,990 euros, Citroen confirms the arrival of the new petrol C3, with the starting level offering a good engine 1.2 liter turbo petrol with 100 HP of power and 6-speed manual gearbox. This engine was completely redesigned by Citroen, who also equipped it with a timing chain. Starting price 14,990 euros, exactly 10,000 euros less than the electric variant, which could therefore be heavily penalized by its petrol sister.
Just long 4.01 meters, the new C3 2024 grows by just 19 mm compared to the previous model. The turning radius is 10.6 metres, it is therefore a perfect city car which with the new price list could undermine even the Fiat Panda. The new (almost) B-SUV design brings the roof height to 1.57 metres, therefore compared to the previous generation we have 100 mm more; The height from the ground has also increased, now 197 mm compared to the previous 135. The seats are in fact raised by 76 mm, for higher and more comfortable ride. As for the trunk we have 310 liters available, with the rear seat in 60-40 format.
On the new C3 You la Smartphone Station it is integrated as standard, in short we have a support for attaching the smartphone and launching a new dedicated application thanks to NFC. On the C3 Max, however, we have 3D navigation on a 10.25-inch touch screen. On this variant we also have Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. As required by law, various ADAS systems are also present which increase safety on board, from emergency braking to assistance on slopes greater than 3%.
In summary, the new C3 2024 starts from 14,990 euros in the You version with a 1.2-litre 100 HP engine, and during the year the Hybrid 100 with 48V mild hybrid technology. First deliveries of the 2024 C3 are scheduled for the summer.
