For employees governed by Part II of the CCNL Food and bakery – Artisan companies, Cna agroalimentare, Casartigiani and Claai with Flai Cgil, Fai Cisl and Uila Uil signed the minutes of agreement on 15 March 2024 with which the parties define the payment of a deposit on future contractual increases and a one-off amount. The one-off payment is paid to cover the contractual gap period. The agreement concerns exclusively employees of non-artisan businesses in the food sector that employ up to 15 employees.

Scope of

The agreement concerns employees governed by Part II of the CCNL Food and bakery – Artisan companies.

Tabular minimums

Exclusively to the employees from the non-artisan businesses of the food industry that they occupy up to 15 employees a is recognized down payment on future contractual increases of the salary, based on the level of membership and with different effective dates.

Lump sum

Exclusively with reference to employees of non-artisan businesses in the food sector that employ up to 15 employees, to cover the contractual gap period (not expressly indicated by the Parties) ai only active workers upon signing the agreement on 15 March 2024, a salary will be paid one-off amountwhich can be divided into monthly installments, or fractions, in relation to the duration of the relationship in the period concerned.

The one-off will be provided with the salary of April and September 2024.

The amount is paid to apprentices, at same deadlinesas a percentage of the amounts indicated in the agreement.

The one-off is understanding of the effects on direct and indirect remuneration institutions, of legal or contractual origin and is excluded from the basis of calculation of severance pay

Any amounts paid as future contractual increases should be considered anticipations of the one-off payment up to the limit; these amounts they cease to be paid with the salary of March 2024.
