At the Turin International Book Fair three appointments with the Inail prosthesis center of Budrio

TURIN – “Beyond disability” is the title of the triple Inail appointment scheduled for Monday 13 May at the Turin International Book Fair. The first part of the event will take place from 11.30 to 13 in the Inps-Inail space and will have as its theme “The humanisation of prosthetics between past and future”. With Simona Amadesi, Fabio Lo Faro and Giorgio Soluri we will talk about the history of the Inail Prosthetic Center, which began over 60 years ago thanks to a young Austrian technician and a small number of collaborators, up to the humanization of the prosthesis between past and future.
The second event is scheduled from 1pm to 1.30pm, again at the Inps – Inail space, and has the title “Prosthetic-rehabilitation care and local service”. With Simona Amadesi, Massimo Improta, Giovanni Selvaggi and Gregorio Teti, we will talk about the prosthetic-rehabilitation management of the Inail Prosthetic Center through the Vigorso di Budrio structure and the proximity service implemented through its territorial branches.
The third and final meeting is scheduled from 2pm to 2.30pm, again at the Inps-Inail space. Entitled “From the accident to the return to life: testimonies”, the event will feature the testimonies of those for whom the Inail Prosthetic Center exists and works. Stories of social and work reintegration told by the protagonists. Simona Amadesi, Silvia De Maria and Francesco G. Margaria will be present at the event
