Will be “Provincial Requiem” Of Davide Longo the second volume protagonist of the exhibition “The May of Books” curated by A. Corghi Library of Ciriis that it will be presented in the library Tuesday 7 May at 6.30pm.

Davide Longo’s gripping mystery, set in the “quiet Piedmontese province”, leads us to discover the fate of the manager of a large industrial group through the investigations of Commissioner Corso Bramard and Vincenzo Arcadipane, his right-hand man: Longo, without ever giving up his measured and irresistible humour, he weaves the plot of an unpredictable story, which surprises until the last page.

We remind you that all events will take place in the A. Corghi Library, via A. D’Oria 14/9 (Cirié 2000 complex) and have free admission.

The “May of books” cycle is created in collaboration with the Ca’Libro, Ubik and Cavoretto bookshops and is part of the “Cirié città che legge” and “Se leggi ti lib(e)ri” initiatives.

The May of Books is a national campaign created to intercept those who usually don’t read but who may be intrigued if stimulated in the right way. Everyone can contribute by organizing initiatives that take place between 23 April and 31 May and registering them in the campaign database on the website https://www.ilmaggiodeilibri.cepell.it/
