Piero Bussi’s book is presented in Calosso

After almost 20 years of gestation, the new work by is finally seeing the light of day Piero Bussialready author in 2000 of People of Calosso. The new book will deal with the birth and conservation of the territory from the point of view of the true protagonists, the Calosso winemakers, enriched by the analysis of eighteenth-century land registers and rural notices. Piero Bussi, born in Calosso, is certainly an eclectic character: viticulturist and wine producer, mountain lover, and Alpine parachutist and hang glider. Passionate about local history, in this book he wants to express his love, as strong and visceral as the land he talks about, for the places that saw him born and grow, with the intimate desire that this feeling can remain unchanged in his children and grandchildren . The book was printed by Municipality of Calosso, after the presentation, refreshments provided by the Pro loco. Entrance to the evening is free.
