Weinstein is currently incarcerated in a New York state prison near Syracuse. He will have to be moved to California to serve the 16 years to which he was condemned in a second sexual harassment trial of 2022 in Los Angeles. But on her point, her lawyer, Jennifer Bonjean, has already announced that she is ready to appeal on May 20 to have her conviction in California revoked.
