The Rai 3 program presents four investigations: Ithe editorial porter investigates the affairs of Antonio Angelucci; Nobody sleeps explores the infiltration of the ‘Ndrangheta into the Verona Arena; Off track examines the management of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Foundation; Blood pact evaluates the impact of new laws on pharmacies.

The report explores the affairs of Antonio Angelucci, the richest and most absentee parliamentarian of Montecitorio and ras of private healthcare in Lazio. Angelucci, publisher of the newspapers “Il Tempo”, “Libero” and “Il Giornale”, has shown interest in acquiring the Agi news agency. Reports analyze his group’s accounts, highlighting gains in the healthcare sector and losses in publishing. The investigation also reveals the case of San Raffaele di Rocca di Papa, re-accredited by the new president of the Lazio regionFrancesco Rocca.

The two journalists reveal the roots of ‘ndrangheta which infiltrated the Verona Arena. According to the Venice anti-mafia prosecutor’s office, a network of businesses he assembled and dismantled stages and sets, enriching the Calabrian gangs Grande Aracri and Arena-Nicoscia through inflated invoices. The report investigates who got rich and who had to control, also exploring possible involvements politicians in this system of corruption and organized crime.

The investigation investigates the Milan-Cortina Foundation 2026. The Financial Police searched the Foundation’s headquarters for suspected opaque management, from the assignment of digital services to hiring. The investigation examines the legal nature of the body, which is crucial for the organization of Olympic Games winter games of 2026. Italy has promised sustainable Games, but there is a lack of strategic evaluations and the Cortina bobsleigh track has not yet financing for management and maintenance costs, leaving many questions.
Blood Pact by Antonella Cignarale, with Paola Gottardi and Raffaella Notariale
With the fourth investigation we explore the project of Services pharmacy, which expands pharmaceutical services both privately and in agreement with the NHS. Financed with 111.9 million in public funds since 2018, the project aims to transform pharmacies into diagnostic centers for simple pathologies, promoting greater local healthcare. The investigation examines the interests and oppositions in the sector, questioning the real value of the analyzes carried out in the pharmacy.
