In the episode of Sunday 23 June of Endless Love (Kara Sevda), the Turkish TV series by Channel 5, Ozan and Zeynep communicate to Zehir their decision to return home to Emir, after asking him for forgiveness. Zehir reports everything to Kemal, who fears that Emir has a hand in it.
Nihan informs her father that she has returned home and that Leyla’s stabbing was not an accident; therefore, Onder deduces that it was Emir’s doing, and Nihan asks him to make sure that no one suspects him of her husband.
Kemal, after finding the bedroom of his house stained with blood, learns from Onder that Leyla has been stabbed and immediately goes to the hospital, where he shares his suspicion about Emir’s involvement with the two.
Meanwhile, if Galip doesn’t give up on buying Leyla’s house, Onder threatens to reveal that his wife is still alive. Galip backs out and Leyla gets the house. The episode ends with Kemal, armed with a gun, sneaking into Emir’s house, ready to settle the score once and for all.
Kemal challenges Emir to a “Turkish roulette”: they will have to shoot each other until one of them hits the opponent. This way neither of them will emerge victorious, one will die and the other will end up in prison, but Nihan will finally be free.
Salih, however, understands Kemal’s intentions and warns Zeynep of the risk that the duel will lead to a fatal outcome. The girl warns Nihan, who intervenes by separating the two contenders and declaring to Kemal that she wants to become Emir’s wife in all respects. Kemal, frustrated, returns home: he doesn’t believe Nihan’s words in the slightest and tasks Zehir with investigating the attack on Leyla.
Zeynep reminds Emir of the help she gave him to facilitate Nihan’s return, but the man, far from showing gratitude, threatens to break his promise not to harm the child, and underlines that he will never, for any reason, recognize a son who is not of Nihan. Leyla, convalescent, returns from the hospital to her home, finally found.
Endless Love it is broadcast on Canale 5 at 2.10pm from Monday to Friday and on weekends at 2.40pm.
