Jana and Abel return home from the convent empty-handed: nothing is known yet about Pia’s baby. The duke, meanwhile, confirms that the invitations for the king’s garden party are about to arrive, but Margarita doesn’t seem happy about it at all. While Don Alonso confesses to his daughter what happened with Don Fernando and Pedro, Carlos goes to apologize to Pia for the disappearance of her son, but receives reassurances from the housekeeper.

Abel and Jana decide to ask Manuel for help in finding Pia’s baby, and the latter accepts without hesitation. Manuel himself is also pushed by Cruz to try to change the mind of Jimena, who still intends to move to Madrid. Martina, on the other hand, still has to deal with her love for Curro, who on Jana’s advice decides to confront the girl. Maria, however, convinces Salvador to undergo surgery.
Previews The Promise – Episode Wednesday 19 June
Mercedes also tries to convince Jimena not to leave for Madrid anymore, increasing the pressure felt by the girl, who no longer knows how to hide her pregnancy: her mother therefore suggests that she fake an abortion. Catalina, after hearing her father and uncle discuss her inheritance, is convinced that there is nothing left that can be done about their relationship. Jana, meanwhile, with Manuel’s help, infiltrates the convent, finding Pia’s baby there, then escaping with Abel and indulging in a kiss: Manuel, however, sees them from afar.
Previews The Promise – Episode Thursday 20 June
Pia can finally hug her baby again and, feeling better, asks Doctor Bueno to give her the OK to go back to work. Antonio has doubts about Martina’s past and asks Curro for information: Martina doesn’t like it and decides to confront him. Mercedes leaves her promise: before her, however, she leaves precise provisions regarding her daughter’s pregnancy.

Cruz gets angry with Petra for not informing her about Pia’s son and wants to chase Jana and Abel away: the waitress, however, dissuades her. Curro reveals to Jana that he does not want to go to the king’s garden party, while Don Carlos and Candela exchange a kiss unaware of being seen by Pia. Antonio, during a lunch, announces his engagement to Martina. Cruz, however, notices that her niece is far from happy, and urges her to give up on the wedding. Manuel, meanwhile, goes to visit Pia’s son and remains alone with Jana.
