Now TV is one of the many streaming platforms that users can subscribe to to have access to an endless array of multimedia content. And in fact on the platform it is possible to subscribe to one series of passes, each of which gives access to a product category. Now TV sports pass: the increases are significant
However, a greater offer of services very often also corresponds to a price increase. And in fact this is exactly what is happening with the Now TV sports pass. In fact, starting from May 2nd, subscriptions have undergone a clear increase, as was announced several days ago.
These are quite substantial increases, especially the option involving a minimum stay of 12 months has gone from 9.99 euros per month to 14.99 euros per month. While the traditional one, with which the subscription can be suspended at any time, has undergone an increase of 10 euros per month, going from 14.99 to 24.99 euros. Projected on an annual basis, this is an increase ranging from approximately 60 euros to 120, resulting in a rather substantial expense for subscribers.
New services entail new prices
But how is such an increase justified? Now TV has expanded its offer and for this reason has decided to increase the cost of subscriptions: for new subscribers these are costs to be paid immediately, for old ones, however, the new prices will become effective starting from 1 July. Among the new products offered to customers we can include the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, Serie A, the Premier League and 24 eurosthe Paris 2024 OlympicsFormula 1 and Moto GP.
New functions are also planned for tennis, in particular Extra Match and Extra Cam. In general the purpose of Now TV is to improve the streaming experience for sport, offering services that allow you, for example, to follow motorbike and car races from the point of view of your favorite driver or to access tennis matches in various tournaments.
