The great Mike presented the program starting in 1989 for fourteen editions and a total of 3,125 episodes. Canale 5 will broadcast it for the entire month of May, starting from Monday 6th, every day, at 6.45pm.

The Wheel, made up of 24 colored segments, will determine the fate of the 3 contestants in each episode. In a series of rounds, they will have to guess the sentences hidden on the board by discovering the letters that compose them. At the end of all the rounds, the competitor who has obtained the highest prize money will access the final wheel. How to play the Wheel of Fortune 2024 game? Each game of “Wheel of Fortune” this new season will have five regular rounds in which contestants will be able to request a consonant or buy a vowel to fill the historical record and try to guess the phrase. Some segments will be marked with a cash prize, others with wild prizes and still others with penalties, such as “Bankruptcy” and “Pass”. In the third and fourth rounds there will also be “special” segments, such as the “mystery” one and the express one. In the five quick rounds, competitors will be able to book themselves via button, without turning the wheel, and as the letters appear on the board, try to give the solution. The quick rounds will be themed: the phrase to be guessed can be either about an Italian region, with its monuments, scenic beauty and peculiarities, or about other themes, concerning, for example, history, geography, etc. At the end of all the rounds, the competitor who has obtained the highest prize money will access the final wheel. If the champion manages to guess the mysterious phrase in the 15 seconds available, he will be able to win, among the various options, the super prize: a car.
