AtIsland of the Famous there has never been a shortage of twists and turns, but this time they are at the center of the heated debate Pietro Fanelli (the poet) and the professional dancer Greta Zuccarello. As many will remember, in the episode of Monday 22 April Pietro was sent to Playa Coco to complete a difficult mission which allowed him to acquire a fishing net for himself and the whole group, useful and convenient for catching a greater quantity of fish, and a kilo of pasta. There were also two tomatoes up for grabs, but the castaway lost them because he lit the fire with the help of a piece of paper. Let’s see together what caused Greta’s furious reaction and that of the other competitors involved in the new edition of theIsland of the Famous.

Island of the Famous: the argument between Pietro and Greta over pasta

Once he returned to Playa Espinada, where the other castaways were waiting for him and wondered if the boy had succeeded in the task entrusted to him, Pietro Fanelli revealed how the mission went: well, with the exception of the tomatoes not allowed. Even though he violated the regulations and was sanctioned for this, everyone said they were happy for him, thanking him for the gesture.

Too bad that shortly after, when Artur asked “Shall we eat pasta tonight?“, the young man backed away, declaring that he wanted to eat it alone because he conquered it with his own strength, without anyone’s help. “No, the pasta is mine. I earned it. I’m sick of the rules. There is no one in charge of us and I don’t want to argue. Let’s not get attached at all. It’s a game“, Pietro said using a calm tone that reflects his way of being and experiencing the Island. “Why don’t you want rice?“Artur asked.”I can even not eat the rice if you don’t want it, but I’m generous and give you my pasta. If you don’t give me your rice, people will judge you“, continued the “poet”.

The intervention of Greta and Matilde

At this point she intervened Greta Zuccarellousing strong terms to remind him of the reality of the facts: “It’s not your pasta, you won it for the group. Otherwise you take your fucking pasta and go to the other island and be alone. You can take it all with you. You’re really unfair, you’ve pissed me off“. Afterwards Matilde Brandi, angry at Pietro’s selfishness, shouted: “Finished, let’s eat rice.” “But I want to donate it, I simply want to eat it for both lunch and dinner”, explained Fanelli, even if her speech did not convince the others. In fact, Matilde gave him her “his” pasta, saying: “Did Pietro earn this? Then it belongs to him. Keep it“.

The last word belongs to the person concerned, winner of the mission: “I’m not mad at anyone here. I wanted to have spaghetti for lunch… what crime did I commit? Nobody. Self someone gives you a gift, be happy and don’t be a pain in the ass“. When Greta pointed out that the gift was not from him, the boy added: “Enough with this ‘Island Spirit’, you look like the nerd with the teacher. But come on, wake up, have your own thoughts“. In short, for the moment the dispute has not been resolved, with Zuccarello leaving declaring: “I have no words“.
