Who is Tonia Romano
Born in Avellino to Neapolitan parents, Tonia Romano, 36 years old, lived in a small town until the age of 5. At 18 he joined the army and later became a firefighter, challenging gender stereotypes and great difficulties. Tonia, who also took part in Men and Women in 2005, is a determined and courageous woman.
Loving and “wild” mother of her two children who she takes care of full time, for her the island represented an opportunity to find herself and put herself back at the center as a woman, demonstrating once again that she has the strength to overcome the yet another challenge.
