The castaways of the new edition of “The island of the famous”program hosted by Vladimir Luxuriawill land on the screens of this evening “Channel 5”. The contestants have already been chosen, but in the last few hours some unexpected background information has emerged on the ‘excluded’ front. Among those who did the casting for the Canale5 reality show is Silvia Magarrea 34 year old girl who had participated in “First date”the program of “Real Time” and immediately entered the hearts of all the spectators.
Silvia was contacted by the production of “Canale 5” to participate in “The Island of the Famous” and, after a Zoom meeting she was discarded. In a post on Instagram, Magarre talks about the audition and the constant questions regarding his physique: ‘But how would you take the fact of exposing yourself in a swimsuit all day, would you feel embarrassed? Shame?’. I calmly replied that having a beautiful relationship with my body I would not feel ashamed, and that perhaps it had arrived the time to show a large television network like “Mediaset” that there are many types of bodies, even full of imperfections, and not just redone breasts and sculpted bones that stick out!”.
Silvia continues: “At the end of the interview she made me stand up, take a spin and in a low and slightly shy voice he asked me about my weight, as if it might offend me in some way! I invited the girl to show him that I, Silvia, with all my kilos, could do and give a lot to the program, even from a human point of view.”
Finally, the 34-year-old concludes by saying that she would have willingly participated in the program and she hopes she hasn’t been rejected just because of her physique: “We all know that this year the presenter will be a woman and we all know her story and, without any judgement, I hope that she wasn’t taken just because maybe my belly might not look good during a running test! I hope that a presenter like this has broadened your horizons a little, lo I admit I was disappointed when I saw that I hadn’t rejoined the game“.
