The new Telepass tariffs come into force from today: for

From today, July 1, 2024, the much-discussed new Telepass rates come into force. Those announced in April, and which include strong increases, especially for the Base plan, the cheapest. Increases that bring with them, however, also an expansion of services offered.

Telepass’ new commercial proposal now focuses on two monthly subscription plans – Base and Premium – and a Pay-per-Use plan. The Base plan is the one most affected by the increases, given that we go from the old 1.83 euros per month to the current 3.90 euros per month.

In light of these increases, the Basic subscription now offers the possibility of paying for access to the Area C of Milan, the ferry across the Strait of Messina, parking in affiliated areas, payment for parking in blue lines and the electronic vignette for driving on the motorways of Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia and the Czech Republic.

The other offer, the Premium one, costs 4.90 euros per month but can be activated, until December 2025, at the price of 3.90 euros. The same price as the Base. In addition to the electronic toll and the services already mentioned above, it includes the possibility of paying for fuel in the affiliated parking areas, charging the electric car, the ski pass, public transport and much more. There are 25, in total, additional services included in the Premium subscription.

While waiting for the arrival of the Young plan, the Pay-Per-Use rate is added to the two subscription plans, which involves the payment of 1 euro per day for the electronic toll plus another euro to obtain the same package included in the Basic plan. However, the use of additional services requires an activation cost of 10 euros.
