The drama, which the police are now investigating, occurred late this afternoon in via Cascina Spelta.
The child fell from the balcony of one of the two twin buildings in this area of Pavia, near Viale Lodi. The little boy, who fell into the internal courtyard, was immediately rescued and rushed to San Matteo, where he was transferred to the intensive care unit.
The police intervened on the scene. Forensic technicians were also present. Investigators are currently conducting inspections.
