Teachers Guild – Union

The second meeting between the MIM and the Trade Unions took place yesterday, Tuesday 25 June. to discuss the hypothesis of an agreement on annual mobility for 2024/25. The Administration has submitted a new draft agreement to the trade unions which partially accepts what they had requested in the previous meeting.

During the meeting, the Gilda-Unams delegation asked to extend the possibility of making the application to all teachers hired in 2023-24, both permanent and temporary, including those who were appointed by GPS in the 1st support band. if in possession of the requirements set out in the exemptions referred to in article 34 of the CCNL (maternity, paternity, caregivers).

The Administration seems intent on accepting this proposal and will shortly reformulate a new text to be submitted to the trade unions in a subsequent and final meeting.

As far as ATA personnel are concerned, the question relating to the assignment of ad positions still remains open official interim on the vacant positions of DSGA for which the Gilda-Unams and the other trade unions. have expressed clear opposition, as in fact such assignments would constitute an unacceptable obligation.

The MIM has not yet commented on the dates for submitting applications.
