Thanks to the high temperatures and low rainfall, in most of the regional territory the fire alert remains between code yellow (medium danger) and code orange (high danger).
Low danger – green code: the conditions are such that they can generate a fire with low fire intensity and speed of spread which, if promptly addressed, can be countered with the sole deployment of forces normally deployed on the ground.
Medium danger – yellow code: the conditions are such that they can generate a fire with medium fire intensity and speed of spread which, if promptly addressed, can be countered with the deployment of ordinary ground forces possibly integrated by the use of “light” aerial vehicles from the Region
High danger – orange code: the conditions are such that they can generate a fire with high fire intensity and speed of spread which, if not promptly addressed, can reach such dimensions as to make it difficult to counteract with ordinary forces, even if reinforced, as the contribution of the state fleet may be necessary.
