“Rebirth from fire: homage to Monte Arci” is the theme of the impromptu painting open to amateur and professional artists promoted by the Porta Nuova shopping center in Oristano. The appointment is for next Saturday, June 22nd.
The event involves the creation of a work on canvas to be completed between 10am and 6pm. All painting techniques are allowed. The size of the painting must not be less than 50 by 70 centimetres.
At the end of the event, the three works deemed most meritorious will be rewarded. The value of the first prize is 1,000 euros, 800 euros for the second and 600 for the third. The non-awarded works will be returned to the authors at the end of the award ceremony, while the shopping center will become the owner of the winning works.
