We start this morning at 10 at Palazzo Gradari with the presentation of the volume Carlo Delle Piane. Santini’s “beautiful summers” was created with the students of the Mengaroni high school in Pesaro. The film is the rereading of two novels by Cesare Pavese (“La bella estate” and “The devil on the hills”) implemented by students who appropriate Pavesian themes and figures, reflecting themselves in the characters and transposing post-war Turin in contemporary Pesaro. Presented in competition at the Turin Film Festival, the film was recently awarded as best feature film at the Sicilia Queer Filmfest.

At 4pm the Pesaro Film Festival Circus starts at Astra with the Animare la Mostra del Cinema di Pesaro laboratory with Giulia Betti and at 6pm the screening of the film Les Inseparables by Jérèmie Degruson, in the original language with oversound performed by the actor Andrea Fugaro.
