Last day to visit the ‘Close Worlds’ exhibition, with the works of Agata Raggi and Lino Acconcia, exhibition inaugurated on June 1st. The exhibition at the Carbone gallery, in via del Carbone 18/a. Opening hours, Saturdays and holidays: from 5pm to 8pm. The ribbon cutting took place on Saturday 1st June at 6pm at the Galleria del Carbone, with many people already coming from the first day to visit the exhibition entitled Neighboring Worlds by Agata Raggi and Lino Acconcia. Today, at 6pm, Lino Acconcia and Agata Raggi will perform a particular action of participatory gravitational painting in the Galleria del Carbone. Both artists measured themselves with the “landscape” which wants to be descriptive, immediately legible, but wants to be the landscape seen by the traveler who looks at the horizon with half-closed eyes.

With this cycle of oil works on canvas by Raggi and photographic images by Acconcia one has the opportunity to appreciate the chromatic suggestions and interesting juxtaposition of the two representative techniques never in competition with each other, aimed at moving the observer from a vision merely two-dimensional. The exhibition is curated by the City of Ferrara Art Academy and also benefits from the patronage of the Municipality of Ferrara.
